Turkey tourism hit 23million in 2008, and 30 million visitors are expected this year. Bodrum is an upcoming region, with two major airlines recently announcing new flights to the region. This gives way to predictions of strong and sustained capital growth on these apartments, especially because of their exclusive location (see below).

The Location:
The resort is in the Aegean region very close to the summer town of Bodrum which offers some of the prettiest and most cosmopolitan places in the surrounding area. The development is situated in beautiful lush green landscaped gardens which boast a considerable amount recreational area including a waterfall featured communal pool. Tuzla Lake is a bird heaven and is internationally protected as a nature reserve for many different varieties of birds from pelicans to water chickens.
Bodrum town centre is only 25km away, where residents can enjoy eating out and its great night life. Situated between Kusadasi in the north and Marmaris to the south; the famous castle of St Peter is also within easy reach of the resort.
